Registration submission procedure

In order to ensure that your registration information is processed quickly and correctly, the organizers strongly recommend that you register using the online form.

Upon receipt of your registration, you will receive an email summarizing all registration details and specifying payment status. After payment clearance, a final confirmation letter and invoice will be sent.

Prices include:

• Full registration at the ECC conference from Thursday 18 May, 6:PM until Saturday night (lunch included).
• The Networking dinner following the opening ceremony on Thursday 18 May.
• The Gala Dinner on Saturday 20 May.

Payment

Online registration payment accept bank transfers and credit cards (Visa, Eurocard/Mastercard, American Express). This site uses SSL security and 128 bit data encryption.

Caution

We invite you to take notice of the following:
Bank transfers are expensive, since you will have to pay the bank charges twice: in your country and in Belgium. We therefore advise you to pay by credit card. Currency exchange charges or bank collection fees are the sole responsibility of the registrant. Checks, personal checks or money orders are not accepted. All names and information must be clearly stated otherwise the ECC2006 Organizing Secretariat will be unable to trace and acknowledge payment.

Cancellation of registration or replacement

• Cancellations of registration must be notified in writing no later than April 15 th, 2006 to the ECC 2006 Organizing Secretariat c/o ICEO, by email at or by fax at +32 2 779 59 60.
• For cancellations made by February 1 st, the registration fees will be refunded less a handling fee of € 50.
• For cancellations made by April 15 th a € 250 cancellation fee will be charged.
• For cancellations received after April 15 th, no refunds will be made.
• All refunds will be made after the conference.

Liability

The organizers cannot be held responsible for any loss, injury or damage to any property, whatever the cause may be. Liability of persons and enterprises providing means of transportation or other services, however, remains unaffected.

Should, for any reason outside the organizers' control (acts of terrorism, extreme weather conditions or industrial action) the venue or speakers change, or the event be cancelled, the organizers will endeavor to re-schedule, but shall not be held responsible for any costs, damages or expenses incurred by registrants.

If for any reason the organizers decide to make material changes to this conference, they are not responsible for airfares, hotels or other costs incurred by registrants.
